Sources first
A newsletter is only as good as what feeds it. For every newsletter we build a source map for that market and niche: which outlets, accounts and listings are consistently useful, which are late, and which are noise. The picks come from that map, not from whatever a search turns up that week.
Where AI fits
AI helps us process more signal and move faster through drafting. It doesn't decide what's worth sending, and it doesn't replace source quality or editorial judgment. What gets sourced, what gets cut and how the issue is shaped are editorial calls.
A person reviews every issue
Before anything goes out, a human reads it and checks it against the difference between “technically relevant” and “actually worth sending.” Part of the job is keeping a newsletter sharp after the first month, not letting it drift into autopilot.
It's your newsletter
You keep the byline. The newsletter goes out under your name and your brand.
