What we collect
Email sign-ups. When you enter your email to get the playbook, get access, or subscribe to a sample newsletter, we save your email address, which form you used and when.
Intake forms. When you tell us about a newsletter you want to build, we save what you type: your name, email, company or project, city or market, niche, a description of your audience, the plan you're interested in, and the page you came from.
Spam protection. To stop automated sign-ups we count submissions per IP address per hour. That counter is kept separately from your email and isn't used for anything else.
We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send what you asked for, like the playbook.
- To understand your business before we get back to you about working together.
- To email you about LocalTrophy if you signed up for that. Every email will have a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
These services store or process information on our behalf:
- Supabase stores email sign-ups.
- Airtable stores intake form answers.
- Make passes intake details to our research step before we reply.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs for security and debugging.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-ups and intake answers until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to work with you.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@localtrophy.com from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who handles it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
